Cancellation Policy
A 300GBP non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking as part of the retreat costs (starting at 1297GBP including VAT). Full amount is payable by 7 June 2024. Any cancellation before 7 June will result in a loss of the deposit only. Any cancellation made between 7 June and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do all payments, including your deposit will be refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always strongly recommended whenever making travel plans.
